John Roberts - Chief Executive Officer
John has spent the last ten years leading the start-up and development of fast growing technology led businesses including successful systems integration companies within the field of automotive electronics and telecommunications. Prior to this John served time in the Royal Air Force as an Air Communications/Air Radar engineer followed by periods at Rolls Royce and Bentley Motor Cars and Jaguar Cars. John holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, a BSc (Hons) in Technology and is a Chartered Engineer.

Tim Brown - Managing Director
Tim joined Apple Sound in 1980 after previous management experience in the retail sector. He has served on the committee and board of industry body PLASA. Tim has exensive product applications knowledge and is responsible for business development.

Phil Brown - Technical Director
Phil founded Apple Sound in 1979 having started his career in telecoms. Phil has a wealth of experience in sound system design, electronic engineering and project management and is responsible for all technical aspects of the business. He holds a Diploma in Noise Control Engineering, Building Acoustics and Reproduced Sound and has been a Member of the ISCE since 1986.

Paul Garston - Chief Operating Officer
Prior to his current position Paul was Head of Managed Services Delivery for Nokia Siemens Networks UK. Prior to joining NSN, Paul held senior operational management positions for Orange UK. Paul also held positions with Norweb Communications and served time in the Royal Air Force as an Air Communications/Air Radar Engineer. He holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Computing.

Richard Malkin - Chief Financial Officer
Richard is a Chartered Accountant with five years corporate finance experience with a leading UK-based independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers. Richard holds a BA (Hons) First Class Degree in International Business Finance and Economics.
