We have a Quality Assurance System which has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9002. Should you require completion of Vendor Assessment questionnaires or would like relevant customer references, please contact our Customer Services Coordinator.

Quality Policy

It is our policy and that of Apple Sound Ltd to provide a high quality service to our customers with professionalism and pride. Our objectives are to satisfy defined quality, reliability, safety, and contractual specifications in the services supplied, on time and at the agreed price. To accomplish these objectives, Apple Sound has to establish, maintain, and implement an effective Quality System based upon the requirements of BS 5750:Part 2 : 1987, ISO9002 - 1987, and EN29002 - 1987. A Quality Manager has been appointed to coordinate and maintain the documented controls by regular Quality Audits and the established reporting channels to the directors. The cooperation of all employees is essential and their commitment to the project is acknowledged. The Quality System will benefit both Apple Sound and its customers by providing a Quality Assured Service.

Quotation Policy

  • It is the policy of Apple Sound Ltd to ensure that with all quotations:
    • the customer's requirements are established and interpreted correctly
    • equipment is selected for its appropriate technical specification, quality of manufacture and reliability
    • the system will perform to the customer's expectations both in facilities and overall sound quality
    • prices are clearly stated and there are no hidden extras.

Health & Safety

We can provide a copy of our Heath & Safety Policy, carry out Risk Assessments and provide Method Statements as required.
