The Sennheiser SDC Conference System

High quality audio and voting to your meeting. Up to 600 wired conference terminals can be cabled in one system.

The SDC 3000 D is an extremely easy-to-use conference terminal. It features a built-in loudspeaker and microphone, ensuring excellent sound reproduction throughout the entire conference room. The unit is controlled via the MIC key. By pressing this key, for example, the participant can activate the microphone or "apply" to take the floor. A red LED ring on the microphone indicates who is allowed to take the floor or who has applied for a comment. In Voting Mode, the unit's three keys are assigned yes/no/abstention.

The SDC 3000 DC model also allows selection of up to 11 interpreter channels for the headphone output with volume control.

Each SDC CU central control unit manages up to 150 delegate units.

• It has three conference modes: ‘Automatic’, ‘Request’ and ‘Overrun’, to suit your meeting style.
• Conference terminals are linked with detachable cables (up to 50 units can be cabled in a ‘daisy-chain’)
• Additional power units are required per 25 terminals (SDC PS 25)
• Audio Out (line) for conference channel to recorders, hearing aid loop or sound reinforcement
• Audio In allows connection of other sound sources like a presentation laptop
• 11 inputs for interpreter channels (from external simultaneous translation system)
• PC control available for integration with touch panel control systems etc

Features

• Displays the seating plan and the names of all participants
• Indicates the status of the conference terminals (microphone on/off/muted)
• Displays the participants who have "applied" to take the floor
• Chronological list of the last nine speakers
• Displays the remaining speaking time (if a maximum speaking time has been chosen)
• Indicates date and time
• For creating and storing any seating plans and system configurations
• For determining who is allowed to take the floor and passing on the "speaking rights"
• Software starts the voting mode, displays and stores results
• Modification of audio settings during operation
