Sennheiser Infrared audio transmission systems are an effective alternative to hard wired systems, for lectures, conferences, exhibitions, churches and domestic audio applications. This technology uses modulated, invisible infra red light to connect sound source and listener. Infra-red audio transmission technology is suitable for applications were several sound sources are transmitted, e.g. for simultaneous translation of several languages during conferences, in public address & sound reinforcement applications where users require a great deal of mobility, e.g. in exhibitions or tour guide systems. Listeners wear an infrared receiver with headphones, headset or stethoset.

We supply systems for conference rooms, theaters and public buildings.

Infra-red systems are also used to provide personal hearing aid loops for use in the home, cinema, theatre and public buildings. Listeners use their hearing aid in the 'T'-position and wear a personal neck-loop with pocket receiver.
